It is a unit that washes the molds and the types of equipment that are used in cheese production. The team has 3 tanks, crane systems, and washing baskets. The tanks are for acid, water, and caustic. In the tanks with chemical materials, there are heating system and hot tub. The crane has 4 moving abilities: down, up, forward, and backward. And it transfers the mold baskets amongst the tanks. The basket is a covered hopper with a grid in which the molds are placed and carried. The system has the heating ability, and digital control, and the air is gained by a blower. The tanks for acid and caustic are wholly made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel, and the other pieces of equipment are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
