APPLICATION
It is the filter that makes separation whey and the curds that come from the process tank.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The watery curd comes from the process tank to the drum. The drum filter works by rotating. The draining process is done on top of the filter. While the curd stays on top of the drum the water of it goes inside of the drum. The slightly watery curd is weighted to fill into the halloumi cheese molds. Whey that is drained by the drum is gained in the reservoir under the filter. And through a pump, it is transferred to the whey tank from here.
