APPLICATION
It is the machine in which the kashkaval, mozzarella, and processed cheeses are poured right after the boiling process. And this machine transfers the product to filling machines.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
It is the machine mounted in front of the horizontal boilers. The processed, hot cheese dough is poured into this machine. If the product is thicker the transfer machine transfers the processed product with a spiraled transfer system to the packaging and filling machine. If the product is more fluid, the transfer machine transfers the processed product with a mono pump that is mounted beneath the machine to the packaging and filling machines. On the fluid transfer machine, a mixer with a scrapper is mounted.
