APPLICATION
In small capacities, it keeps the values of a honey constant by heating the vacuum tank to prolong the crystallization time of the filtered honey.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Half of the tank is filled with centrifugal honey. Lids and valves are closed. The mixer, heating system, and vacuum pump are operated then. Required heat is reached under vacuum and when the heat reaches to required value heating system and vacuum is turned off. Then it is cooled by a pump and exchanger. After cooling down, it is transferred to the filling tank.
